Meet the team:

Mema Maeli  #Bosslady!!
With over 15 plus years experience within both Media and Entertainment, she has developed a show that brings out MORE community content of our #everydaykiwis and their stories. This looks at kiwi expats overseas and locals living here in Aotearoa, New Zealand via local talent looking at their lives, experiences and ventures.
A qualified and trained journalist with three awards under her belt, she has also done work in both TV, Film, Radio and Print for some wellknown outlets as a freelance journalist. Ms Maeli aims to bring out community content in sharing unique stories.  The good, the bad, unique to the weird and wacky - that of the show; The Carnival (c) Celebrating what makes us Human. Since 2007. A Proud Westie since ages ago!
"I remember it's early stages when I was using good old VHS yes folks tapes lol and seeing how far this concept has grown since it's humble days. I always wanted to showcase more of 'our own' stories, and not just targetted at a ideal group of people or ethnicity. I engrossed myself in wanting to get more local content out there, and seeing it first hand then rushing home and watching it on the box - Television set, as technology is more at 'palm of the hand' reach these days, so why not make it ready available as most of us do have hand-held devices in accessing our stories, and lets face it online viewing is best really"!. Mema Maeli

Ann G aka Angie Nichols.
Part of the original team since 2007, but officially joined in 2010. Ms Nichols comes from a Marketing background and is also part of the M&M PR Production team in forming this online TV concept. She brings her knowledge of both logistics, Marketing and sales onboard this small yet productive team and like the concept, also hopes this will bring opportunities in seeing more local stories come out of the workshop.
"I remember after my studies I did alot of travelling and remember starting this up and now coming up our  10th anniversary, it just shows how passionate we all are still today, in seeing more local stories, which is also a good sign in hearing what our communities bring and to have this type of platform speaks volumes.  ALSO can't wait for the shows updates and future ventures, thanks everyone who has made this possible.
Kia ora"!  Ann G.
AJ Te Whata
